How matches and profit estimates work
Matches need at least three distinct traders on each side in the selected time window. Reposts count once per trader. The seller and buyer in a match must be different people.
Potential gain is the advertised buy price minus the sell price, multiplied by the matched quantity. Margin is that gain divided by purchase cost. Both offers must state the same quantity for a lot estimate. When neither states a quantity, amounts are per item and stock is unknown.
Budget and minimum gain apply to the stated lot, or one item when quantity is unknown. We show one price match per item. Default ordering favours newer offers in 15-minute bands, then independent trader evidence and margin.
