Before you choose
How are messages and channels counted?
Ad Manager messages share one allowance across your channels. It follows your purchased 30-day periods or shorter trial period; Ad Manager shows the remaining messages and current period's end. A channel counts while enabled; pause one to make room for another. Discord channel cooldowns apply on every plan.
How do I pay?
Select a plan and start checkout. Follow the displayed steps to open a private conversation with payment staff. Agree the GrowID and world before paying in-game. Staff verifies the trade and activates your membership. No automatic renewal.
Can I renew or change my plan?
Renewing the same plan adds time to your current expiry. You can buy a different plan once your current access expires. Contact support for help changing an active plan.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your account returns to Free. Features outside Free stop, including alert delivery and ad sending. Saved alerts and ads can still be paused or removed.
I already had Pro. What happens to my membership?
Existing Pro memberships move to Pro+ with the same expiry date. Ongoing memberships remain ongoing. Ad Manager access follows the Pro+ allowance and channel limit shown above.
